A Certified Technician utilizes an Electrostatic Sprayer  with proprietary solution to offer up to 28 day barrier against bacteria, mold, and pathogens.  

Residential Service

  • Taking out the trash, tidying, rearranging furniture, and wiping surfaces as needed
  • Cleaning of all walls, moldings, trim, doors, shelving, and all fixtures
  • Sweeping and mopping of floors, as well as vacuuming carpets
 
 

ATP Testing

ATP is a molecule found in and around living cells, and as such it gives a direct measure of biological concentration and health. 

Post Construction Cleaning

  • Debris removal of all materials and rubbish.
  • Cleaning of all walls, moldings, trim, doors, shelving, and all fixtures; wipe down cabinets, drawers, and counter-tops.
  • Sweeping, dusting, and vacuuming of all hard and soft surfaces.
  • Detailed floor cleaning, waxing and burnishing; carpet vacuuming and cleaning and window frames.
  • Window and glass cleaning including scraping and stickers/glue from glass

Commercial Services

  • Utilize the client’s customized commercial cleaning checklist.
  • Dust furniture, equipment, partitions, walls, etc.
  • Clean and disinfect sinks, counter-tops, floors, toilet, mirrors, tables, chairs, refrigerators, microwaves, etc in restrooms, break rooms etc
  • Replenish supplies in restrooms, break rooms and kitchen
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and/or hand scrub floors using brooms, mops and vacuum cleaners
  • Empty trash cans and recyclables into disposal areas
  • Handle special requests for customers as appropriate and note handling on the customer checklist and company paperwork
